The Celebration Continues

Javier and I were both off on Friday, so we took Joaquin out for a steak and lobster lunch for his real birthday. Saturday, we went to a friend's birthday party and we also spent some time with Jaime and family before they left for France today.

We're celebrating Joaquin's 2nd birthday all week and saying goodbye to Jaime and family who are moving to France. Oh, and Emilio got 2 teeth last week. =)

Things have been crazy at our house since we returned from Mexico because we brought back these tiny luchadores.

More Summer, Please!

We're having a great summer. Since our last blog entry, we've been to the Children's Museam, Moody Gardens, and Stewart Beach. Javier and I also snuck off to Cancun for a weekend of napping on the beach.

Update

Joaquin has become very independent...or wants to be very independent, I should say. Emilio weighs 20.2 pounds at almost 7 months.It seems like Joaquin is learning 5 new words everyday.
